Solution

Every seat should see clearly, hear clearly and stay connected to the programme.

Integrated presentation, sound reinforcement, staging, control and broadcast infrastructure for full-capacity rooms and repeatable live events.

Auditoriums & Live Environments environment
01

Audience experience goals

We begin with capacity, programme types, accessibility, language needs and operational workflow.

02

Sightline and image modelling

Seating geometry, screen selection, viewing angles, ambient light and resolution.

03

Sound reinforcement

Coverage modelling, speech intelligibility, music requirements, microphones, monitoring and assisted-listening provision.

04

Stage and show systems

Lecterns, confidence monitors, stage inputs, scene presets, production communications and show control.

05

LED and projection selection

Both technologies compared against room size, light level, service access and lifecycle needs.

06

Recording, streaming and broadcast

Camera positions, switching, clean feeds, recording paths and hybrid-event operation.

07

Control-room and operator design

Workflows for presenters, technicians and external production teams.

08

Commissioning and rehearsals

Technical testing, client witnessing, programme simulation and operator training.

Questions

Before you brief us.

LED wall or projection for a large room?

LED holds up in high ambient light and needs less depth; projection can be more economical at very large image sizes. We model both.

Can the room support hybrid events?

We design camera positions, clean feeds and streaming paths in from the start rather than bolting them on later.

Start a Project

Send us the room. We'll send back the design.

A single boardroom or a multi-site programme. Share the brief and we will come back with a considered approach, the right team and a clear route to delivery.
